Govt tells DoT hasn’t issued any such order to provide source code for mandating vendors

DoT stands for The Department of Telecommunications in India. Central Government tells in Rajya Sabha, DoT hasn’t issued any such order to provide source code for mandating vendors for security as minister of state for communications Sanjay Dhotre said in the Rajya Sabha assembly.

The Security Testing framework under the overall framework Mandatory Testing and Certifications of Telecom Equipment ( MTCTE ) mandated through Indian Telecom rules ( Gazette notification date 5th Sep 2017 ) as he said in response.
