iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro smartphone launch on January 5

iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro smartphones will be visible OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) mentioned on the camera module along with the term “Ultra Sensor”.

A leaked posted has emerged online for the upcoming iQOO 9 Series of smartphones will be launched in China on January 5, 2022. The upcoming iQOO 9 Series will consist of iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro models which is Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO.

The iQOO 9 smartphone is expected featuring a 6.78″ AMOLED E5 display made by Samsung and Full HD+ resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The iQOO 9 Pro smartphone is expected to feature a 6.05″inch OLED E5 144Hz display with QWHD+ display with world first 120W fast charge technology. The iQOO 9 Pro is expected to powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen1 to be backed by a 4600mah battery.

The handset will said to feature a 50MP as Samsung GN5 primary camera offers Ultra Sensor Technology with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) with 2K display feature HDR10+ support.

In terms of hardware, it may feature 12GB RAM and 512GB storage option variants in China market exclusively while the standard model iQOO 9 is said to powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 / 7000 chipset with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB Storage UFS 3.1.

Other features will come with the iQOO 9 flagships series, W-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, MiMO 4X4 carrier aggression, 120W Fast charging, IP67 water resistant and 15W wireless charging.

The iQOO 9 Series will said to run on Origin Ocean based on Android 12 OS. The leaked image of that device is showed to have a triple rear camera setup in iQOO 9 Pro with OIS and Gimbal like Stablization while iQOO 9 will have a Ultra Sensor.
