Jio announced its Jio VoWiFi Wi-Fi calling facility slowly roll out to all supported devices this month. Latest notifications, we heard about Nokia 6.1 Plus, Nokia 7.1 Plus, Nokia 8.1 smartphone now being added in support of VoWi-Fi by Jio.
Since the Jio network’s VoWiFi feature supported only 138 devices including Xiaomi, Redmi, Realme, Samsung, OnePlus, iPhone, Nokia, etc.
Whole VoWiFi should be enabled by Default once the WiFi network available. In case, it doesn’t activate, you can manually open Network Setting > Turning on the VoWiFi toggle ( if you saw ). In case, Icon doesn’t show up, you need to wait for the update by Jio by Text to where is enable by Company on your handset.
Restart it. Wait for the device to show the VoWiFi options, try to resolve the issue. After restarts, you enable it by toggling on VoWiFi via Jio Network. You can enable calls via Jio VoWiFi calling on your Nokia handsets.
What is VoWIFI Calling?
It will use a Home Wi-FI connection that has internet connectivity to make calls, This comes handy when your smartphone doesn’t receiving a good cellular as you can make calls using Wi-Fi connection.

Airtel VoWiFi calling also available to Nokia handsets already 2 months ago. We are hoping Vodafone and Idea will rollout their VoWiFi feature soon.
