JioBook Laptop India launching during Diwali

Reliance branded JioBook laptop has been spotted with three model numbers on BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) on 13 September.

A few months ago, xda-developer Raman reported that Jio working on JioBook could be the first laptop with 4G network connectivity in the works. This device will exclusively to the Indian market under the 15,000 budget category.

The tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflisting) spotted the JioBook has appeared with three models as NB118QWM, NB1148QMW, and NB112MM.

A previous leak suggests that the JioBook laptop could feature an HD 720p display that is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 paired with a q 4G X12 4G modem.

This will feature 4GB goes up to 6GB RAM with 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB storage space of eMMC onboard storage. This will works on with Reliance Jio 4G sim card with an active data plan.

Mukesh Ambani said that the Jio working towards Make in India initiatives will come with India’s first products in affordable pricing tag.

Due to chipset shortage, JioPhone Next will be available in the market around November. The pricing of JioPhone Next will officially be set for Rs 3200.
