Microsoft Team is one of paid software enable by default starting in the Windows 11 for sharing, collab, making phone calls and emails.
The Team Profile will allow you to find the local time of coworkers as they’re are the part of the organisation in the Microsoft Team has included in a new feature under development. Microsoft Team profile card appears when you click on right on user’s profile in the desktop or mobile app includes basic information about the user.
The Teams profile in the current version will include only phone calls, emails an availability status of the users. Microsoft is adding the local time to the user’s profile card. Microsoft is currently testing the feature internally and it could begin rolling out to desktop and web users in early 2022.
The Microsoft also working on a new feature for personal chat to keep it private and delete your chat in teams. Currently, It only let you ‘hide” a conversation which essentially removes it only from chat panel.
Teams for desktop client is getting a new feature that will allow you to add multiple accounts like work or school without logging in and out. The Microsoft Teams multiple work accounts support feature is very important feature is likely warm welcome by employees who have starting their business meeting using teams regularly after companies asked employee to work from home.
According to the Microsoft Team blog, The multi-account integration is not expected until 2022. This feature are expected to arrived in the Q2, 2022 after confirmed that they’re listening to feedback for Teams , those need for multiple work accounts.
The Teams Shared feature will allow you to set up chat and meeting outside of your organisation and teams for work will be have a better integration. The team feature is in under development of finalizing designs for deleting private chat threads.
The Teams users will need to click on the “Chat” button in the top left sidebar, tap on three dots and click to “Delete” button. However, The new Windows 11 emoji’s and meeting improvements for Teams for desktop in works.
