Redmi Note 8 Pro fully supported Google ARCore Play Service

In the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro was missing support of Google ARCore Play services in the update arrived on Dec 2019 patch based on Android 9 Pie . The Redmi Note 8 Pro features a water-drop screen FULL HD+ IPS display with Quad Camera setup on the back co powered by MediaTek G90T processor. The smartphone are now recieving Android 10 update with Google ARCore Play Services installed on it.

Before In Android Pie, we don’t know that why support of Google ARCore Play Services are missed in the smartphone by the company. Maybe this is due to Mediatek chipset lags behind the support of Google ARCore Play services. Company now officially customize Google ARCore Play Services.

What is ARCore?

It is based devices that allow the usages of AR ( Augmented Reality ) apps . It basically integrate the real world with virtual content. The considering the number of apps and games- Pokemon Go, Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, Mine craft & The Walking Dead: Our World to name that nowadays being developed using AR and AI ARCore support on the Android smartphones.

Earlier the Redmi Note 8 Pro lacking ARCore compatibility users had to install the AR-Based app via side loading them since those apps displayed “incompatible in your device ” message.

After Android 10 MIUI 10 update Google Play Services for AR is now supported on Redmi Note 8 Pro units. This means the devices holders will now able to install AR-based apps from the Google Play Store.

A new user shared a screenshot that confirms ARCore comparability for Redmi Note 8 Por now being fully supported on this device.

Furthermore, the device hasn’t listed officially on the ARCore smartphone list. We don’t know , how company make it possible before officially listed.
