Russia might ban over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Google

The latest reported by Financial Express, The Russia Parliament has drafted legislation against the US Tech giant. The regulator will block social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Google YouTube over censoring Russia’s people’s content.

The parliament planning to restrict the companies which have been circumventing their drawbacks. The Russian legislation might be thinking , if they found quality of censoring Russia’s people’s. The legislation has already been passed by the lower house of the parliament in Russia.

In Russia Parliament, there has two houses- Upper ( Federation Council) and Lower ( State Duma). The legislation drafts , it needs the approval of two houses and consent of the president.

Google and Facebook are facing anti-trust issues in U.S state department and European countries. However, Twitter recently got a fine of $547,000 from Ireland’s DPC.
