Meta owned WhatsApp soon let group admin to delete incoming messages once the message sent to the group before it’s sent to users.
WhatsApp is testing a new feature that will give you more control to group admins to delete the incoming message once it’s sent by anyone in the group. This will decrease the numbers of spam messages in the public or personal group.
As spotted by WABetaInfo, The new change finally pushed update in the beta testing in few users enable admins to delete messages for everyone in groups.
If you’re owned a group, you’ll be able to remove unwanted or span messages sent by any group members.
This feature is in under development and isn’t pushed to everyone’ to end users. This will take time to reach in the final stable builds. The current WhatsApp Beta version 188.8.131.52 hasn’t enable this feature.
It may take some times to reach in the WhatsApp Beta, the ability to delete messages for everyone comes after we seen in the last month.
WhatsApp users have 4,096 seconds (68 minutes and 16 seconds) to delete a message after it was sent in the group or individual.
Last month, The instant messaging WhatsApp has received the NCPI approval to enable features to 40 million users in India.
