WhatsApp is working on “Mute Always” option, expiring messages across multi devices

The popular social media messenging app WhatsApp Messenger is owned by Facebook is now working on a new feature on the beta channel WABeta.Info whcih allows users mute any chat right from the notification. The mute feature has been designed in to pop-ups when you received so many messenges at least 51 messenges from a single chat.

Mute Notification Feature

When you tap on unregisted number, the new Mute feature can come in handy when you’re typing to ignore messages temporility that currently in works. As per reports from WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is working on a new Mute always setting for chats that will allow users to indefinitely mute any chat or group chat.

Expiring Messages

The upcoming expiring messages and “multi-device access” feature in the last WhatsApp beta release for Android version and it’s currently under development.

The exipring messages feature will give the option to choose how long new messages stay in the chat before disappering, the updated UI reveals that all expiring messages will be automactically removed from a chat after seven days.

Multi Device Access feature

This multi device access feature has received a new UI to help users manage all connected devices. The new WhatsApp updated UI has been spotted in beta version of the top and it brings a new ‘Linked down all the links devices and it gives users the option to link a new device or log out of a linked device with a single tap on it.
